Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the RequireFlow platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Definitions

“Service” means the RequireFlow web application, APIs and related documentation.“Customer Content” means data you upload or generate within the Service.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Failure to pay may result in suspension after 14 days' notice. Refunds are at our discretion outside statutory rights.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, attempt to bypass security or reverse-engineer the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Customer Content & IP

You retain all rights in Customer Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself.

6. AI features

The Service uses third-party large-language models to generate requirements, summaries and documentation. Output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on it for contractual or implementation decisions.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care as its own (no less than reasonable care) and use it only to perform under these terms.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time from settings. We may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice (or immediately for serious breach). On termination Customer Content is retained for 90 days for export.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
